Neo replaces the Merovingian?

There are some photos in the chateau of the Merovingian (showing Neo stopping the bullets e.t.c). In some of them you see Neo in front of a certain picture. This pic shows a battle around a mountain. All aggressors seem to fail. The special thing is the assembly of the actors in front of this picture. In one pic you see Reeves stopping the bullets. Reeves stands (with his head) precisly in front of the Merovingian monogram.

In movies, this is often a popular means for making hints. Maybe it could mean that Neo replaces the Merovingian resp. that everything around the mountain "Neo" recoils. It could also mean a possible battle, because Neo hasn't replaced the Merovingian yet.

now, the third photo:

It shows Neo, Persephone, Morpheus, Trinity and the Keymaker in front of this picture. Becuase of his small role the Keymaker is just behind them - he just plays a tangential role in the battle I was talking about. Has somebody already wondered, why Persephone is wearing this suit?

She severs the photo in two halves. On one side Neo and Morpheus and Trinity on the other side. This is the announcement for the separation of the trio. So, the battle is split. Neo fights his part (maybe against the Merovingian?) and Morpheus and Trinity theirs.

have you read this? I think no. You probably just watched the pics...

this is a theory for M3, don't just look at the pics

You made a pretty good point there, especially with those photos to show what you mean. Looking at those photos and reading your theory, it actually seems possible. Good Job!!

The painting shows the battle for mount Olympos, the home of the Greek gods. The Titans, Giants and another few villains want to take over, but the gods win this battle and the enemies are forced to work for them (Atlas must carry the sky, another Titan was send to Etna to powerup the vulcano etc)
The M on the mountain summit is just showing the ego of Merovingian; as if he wants to show his strength and that he cannot be defeated (he has survived Neo's predecessors) although the picture could be pure coincidence it can show that Neo replaces the M with a N (of Neo) that Neo will stop the Merovingian and or take over his place or change the Matrix in any other way.
