Matrix code in UK Revolutions trailer

I'm not sure if this was in any of the other trailers for Revolutions, but right after Neo wakes up in the UK trailer, you see a scene where there are two screens showing code from the Matrix. The code flashes and makes random patterns and doesn't flow smoothly like it does normally. Any thoughts?

Probably because the Matrix is out of control. That means Smith is destroying it.

Maybe it's an indication that the Matrix really will have a "cataclysmic system crash" in Revolutions.

yep, I think it's inevitable that the Matrix crashes.

or maybe Smith is doing something that changes the patterns since they have a connection

I don't think so. The pictures show that the Matrix splits - you can see fragments, but no full codes. And in M1, as you said, it was just, that the screen started moving really fast - but a full code.

It cant be a crash, cuz that would result in everybodies death, everybody that is plugged in. I think something is being changed.

in the trailer, you can see that smith has become a lot stronger. he is probably the 'boss' inside the matrix, he copied everybody and took over everything.

"you are all that stands in his way" a woman says it in the trailer. its probably the oracle that says that (meant for Neo ofcourse). so Smith has taken control of the matrix. thats probably what changed.

Who ever said that can't happen? :D I really don't think it's as simple as something being changed. Like people said above, the code just started moving fast when that happened. Maybe the Matrix has to be crashed intentionally to get rid of Smith.

in M1 they didn't show code when Neo had deja vu so it could be something being changed

but the thing is that in M3, everythings going to go haywire. Neo chooses to go back into the matrix and save Trinity. Something the other 'one' s have never done b4. so I assumed that it is basically fighting smith in the end[ cuz all the shots showed fighting and smith, kinda obvious really]. defeating smith will probably defeat the whole matrix and result to everyone getting unplugged, discovering zion and building a new,better world. well..just assuming...

That's simply impossible. The Matrix On-Line game will start where M3 ends, so you see, it not possible to take everybody out of the matrix.

Jat has a point, I don't think the Matrix will be destroyed, as Morpheus said, "And many of them are so helplessly inerved, so dependant on that system, that they will fight to defend it. And that system is our enemy. Many of these people arent ready to be unplugged."

I think that is how it goes. This kinda says to me that they are going to release people slowly and deplete the Matrix, because if the dates of trace programs are accurate, in the animatrix story of the haunted house, the trace program is from 2003.
