In the movie there´s some romances like Neo and Trinity, and I think that the W Bros did a good work, that because in a science fiction martial art futurist movie it would be so hard to put some love scenes, but they did it.
What u guys think? you liked the "love scenes"? or just think that was boring?
im kinda half and half when it comes to those scenes between neo and trinity. i mean, i know the importance of their love and how it affects the plot, but that whole sex scene was just kinda pointless and boring.
I really liked it- I thought the sex scene was very sweet and tender. Although I could have done without the rave!
I guess that all Hollywood movies have to have some romance in them though, and at least this was part of the story, rather than just a random scene.
And as you said, it's especially nice to see regular, loving sex in a sci-fi movie.
I gotcha, i guess every movie has to have a love scene so it can give the girls somthing to awe about.
I like the rave scene (I guess I´m the only one in this forum who like it lol) not because is Sex (I´m not that a child) but was well done and show how big is their love and Neo´s fear about losing Trinity...
I think that Neo/Trinity's romance was very well situated in the plot, I mean, it is a very important aspect of the Matrix trilogy. As for the rave scene, I didn't liked it too the first time I saw the movie, but I changed my mind after the second time :D
I think the love scene was important becasue it shows why Neo is willing to risk the human race for her
i think th hole sex-scene was kinda boring..i know neo loves her and that he would risk the human race for her but it all seems kinda corny....almost in all the movies there is a sex-scene and if there isn´t its because the movie is sci-fi-----well thats my point of view :)
i like it. maybe it's the feminine part of me, but i like the love relationship between neo and trinity. *i also find it ammusing in m2 when as soon as they're left alone in the elevator they jump all over each other ; ) *
I agree that the sex/rave scene wasn't actually necessary for the story, but it was ok. There were actually some nice love-scenes in M. Like the ones at the end of both M1 and M2:
In M1 Trinity kissing Neo alive only then realising that she's truly in love with him.
In M2 perhaps even better; Neo flying through the streets out of the source to save his beloved Trinity and all the cars and all just cirkling in mid-air behind him. That was awesome!
