Matrix Revolution not Revolt

jibberjabber

A revolution by definition implies success not failure as does a revolt. It seems that the title says something of what is to be anticipated. What do you think?
btnt

yes, but the success is point to the machine, not human.

the revolution refers to the species on the earth is evoluted from human to machine. However its not quite evoluted, becoz the progess is not down by dna mutant, but by a war. Therefore "revolution" is more suitable. The who matrix is just a story about a post-war era. Saying the how the machine understand human.
Nathan

I reckon it's quite the opposite really. Isn't it a complete revolution, not only because of the destruction of the computers, but also to the constricted mind set of the humans before AI was created? it would make sense too, since the movie is called revolutions
