The Kid's Story

In the Animatrix from the last story Marticulated, does the humans try to re-program that one machine?
And in the Kid's Story is that the kid who keeps following Neo around in the Matrix Reloaded?

Well, sort of. The humans are trying to free the machine from the system. And yes, the kid is Kids Story (ie Karl Popper) is the kid who follws Neo around in Zion.

I think they Should let Popper into the Neb Crew, But now that there is no Neb Oh-well

Dose the person in marticulaed die at the end?

No he doesnt die He's Freed (but he's dead in The Matrix)

no i mean in teh last episode on the animatrix the really weird one with the freaky people and colors, does the woman that gets chased by the two runners die?

Well, you see it's really hard 2 tell but I'm pretty sure she's dead. But what I really think is amazing is the similarity between Popper in the Animatrix and Popper in M2.

Well it is supposed to be the story of him (popper) and why he is saying that Neo saved him. But then Neo denies it saying that he saved himself. It's basically telling us how it all happened. They are supposed to be similar.

Perhaps Popper simply thanks Neo because either (1) the Neb fished him out of the liquid, just as it did for Neo, or (2) the Neb destroyed the machine, similar to the machine that shocked the Track-Star when he self-substantiated in "World Record," thus saving Popper.
