Duh.... But if you paid a little more attention to the film you would remember that Arnold became president of the United States thanks to a new amendment to the constitution.

I think Schwarzenegger might make a better President than Bush, but I still do not believe that we should amend the United States Constitution to allow him to run in 2008. smith_fan's brought up the most interesting point yet in discussion of this on the forum.

It's pretty funny how all of these strict interpretationists are all of a sudden changing their tunes with the talk of Schwarzenegger running in 2008.
