Morphius<actor> dead?

Hi guys i have been wondering this. A bunch of my friends told me after they were done filming the last matrix movie the actor that played Morphius died. Is this true? and if so how did it happen?

of course it's false. he's alive and doing great. he was doing
an interview for WTTW a few day ago.

I saw in a TV review that the lady who plays the Oracle died, so maybe they just heard wrong...
