How is agent smith back

I thought agent smith was destroyed by Neo in the first movie, how is he back in the matrix.

well, its like the oracle said. when a program is deleted, they can go to the machine mainframe and be taken care of (what they should do) or hide in the matrix (what smith did).

how he infected the first new person i dont noe. cause he cant infect w/o touching someone now right? so i dont noe how he started up again.

i really dont think that this is the first time smith has taken over the matrix.

what does that mean? its happening similar to before in previous matrix's but not exactly. smith was in previous matrix's, and i believe the same thing happened. not exactly the same, but close.

My theory to this is, when Neo destroyed SMith, some of his power was transferred to SMith, and because Neo is the one, Smith had some special powers transferred to him. Neo can't die, so niether can Smith (I don't think we'll have to wait for M3), and because Neo is a super life form, Smith must have turned into a superior program (kinda like a virus) which means he can infect people. This explains why he can take over numerous souls, becuase he is a virus. That is my theory. Any back up?

he said he wasnt sure how it happened something could of been copied or misplaced(something like that). anyway my point being that he could have been accidently copied by the matrix.

When Neo 'deleted' smith, part of their code was traded to each other (how smith was able to find him, etc.) And smith is able to clone things because his mind is free (in an interview w/ keanu reeves, he said that his battle with smith took place above the city, superman style), so he can do other things... Smith is basically a computer virus

OK first of all, Neo can die, he can bleed, he has emotion, he is still human even inside the matrix. Second of all, after smith was killed, he didnt return to the source, but reprogrammed himself to be a virus, thinking that would be the best way to patrol the matrix. And the original smith is the original virus, thats what he re wrote himself as.
