After meeting the Oracle, when Neo is talking to Agent Smith in the courtyard, just before the second Agent Smith arrives: a reflection of a crewmember can be seen in Agent Smiths sunglasses crouching around a corner, possibly with a camera.

When Morpheus stabs the sword into the side of the truck it is about three (or one) feet from the top. When he stands on the sword, it is about six feet down on the side. Then when he grabs the sword to fight the agent, it is back at the top...

Forgot to mention the part when Morpheus lands on Niobe's car and breaks the window then while she is driving on the right side of the truck the window it fine...then it appears to be broken -again.
I noticed the traffic scene (sword) thing the first time i saw it, but i hadn't picked up on the others. Thanks,but i wish this had to do with the story! I was looking forward to some curious reading.
THese were posted elsewhere...there's this site that has at least 50 errors in the movie...
eg
Trinity's cut on her forearm by a Twin appears and disappears throughout the car chase scene
When the car that the agent stomped on flipped its bottom is missing the fuel tank
Though the heros' windows keep getting smashed by bullets everytime the camera goes back inside the windows are restored.
When the agent smashes his car against Trinity's he destroys his side mirror. Later it reappears.
and lots, lots more...apparently they're quite careless with this movie. I remember hearing somewhere that in the 1st they actually CG-ed out any errors in their sunglasses...dunno why they neglected it this time round...

Okay i searched for it and most of the mvie mistakes are false...
If you look in the chateau scene REALLY REALLY carefully, you can catch a small mic
also, during the Freeway scene, the number plate on the car that Trinity is driving changes from "DA 2003" to "DA 203" and back at various intervals.

Others:When Neo traps the (wo?)man's hand against the wall with the sai the upper cavity enclosed the hand. later as (s?)he struggles with it we see the hand in the LOWER cavity...
When Morpheus is bowled backwards at the end of his fight with Johnson he lands at the end of his arc at the side of the edge...when he fights to retain his balance though he's suddenly in the center...
In the Oracle conversation we alternate frequently between views behind them and zoomed in on her face. In each switch we see her rest her face on a different position on her hand consistantly with the angles...

after the fight w/ the 3 agents vs. neo is done and before neo flys away the light bulb that falls down is on the whole way down
