to me I think that neo dieing would take the whole matrix sieries and make it so that they couldn't make a M4!!!

i dont think neo will die.. .. ..if he did, i wouldnt care. i would care, but id still like the story.

i think morhpeus might die tho. i always pictured morpheus dying for the human race in m3.

ps: theres no m4. they call it the matrix trilogy. how can it be a trilogy when there's 4 movies? and they they arent calling it that becuz theres only three out..right now. they call it a trilogy cause theres only three movies all together.

Neo's death would not end the series.

First of all, they could very easily make an M4. Just because it is called The Matrix Trilogy, doesn't mean anything. Look at The Star Wars Trilogy. How many "episodes" are there in the entire story? M4-? could center around a different character, in a different time frame. It could be set before or after the trilogy we're seeing right now. I personally hope they either end it with Revolutions, or make another one in about ten years, like Star Wars did.

I would love to see Neo die. But i don't believe it's going to happen, because of the phone call at the end of The Matrix. Of course, this phone call doesn't have to be at the end of Revolutions like people speculate. It could be in the middle, and pick up from there. We just don't know!!

There will be no m4.

neo's death would be fun for the plot

I wanna have a very dramatic fight between Neo and Smith with a good orchestra music and Neo dying at the end. Oh yes, and Zion shall be destroyed too.

I wouldn't care if Morpheus dies...I would but I wouldn't and he seems like the guy to die.....It really seems logical that Trinity WON'T die...because she almost truly died in the last movie...and it would seem really cheezy with a mix of uncanny bad luck that she DOES happen to die....Itw ould really ruin the Series in my opinion...And if Neo dies...I think, YES, it will end the entire series and the Matrix legacy...but if Neo fails, the movie would end ABRUBTLY when the whole human race explodes at midnight.....doesn't seem logical....And if Neo survives and Trinity dies, it wouldn't seem right...and if Neo dies and Trinity survives...it wouldn't be right either....I say: BOTH OR NONE!!!

Matrix Online, by some of you called m4, will be a computergame, a sequal of Enter The Matrix. a trilogy is a trilogy, no playing around with that (tri = three in greek or latin, i don't know).

the fact that Neo is gonna die or not, is rather interesting.
Neo is always been seen as the Messias, our saviour ("halleluja, you my saviour man, my own personal jesus christ", Choi, The Matrix). Neo might die for us, dying for our freedom and peace, like the real Jesus. At the other hand Neo is the hero, and in a few movies the hero dies at the end (or after he has achieved what he was meant to do).

We'll have to wait and see, my personal opinion is that Neo first free our race and then dies but is being saved (once again) by the love of Trinity.

Well, everything can happen, we have like Morpheus said to Free our minds... of course I want Neo to live, most of us do, but who knows...

I wouldnt care if Neo died but I would most likeley lose interest in the Matrix Trilogy.

And it's a bit different with Star Wars. Because George Lucas wrote everything and directed too. The Wachowskis will definitely NOT write and direct a Matrix 4 - IT IS A TRILOGY!!!! Accept it:)

I think there is a part where Neo MIGHT die. Because there is a part where Trinity holds a gun to this guys head in the night club and she says "You give me Neo, or we all die." and then he says "You would die for this man?" and she pulls back the lil cliky thing like im going to shoto you and kill you pos. I think its the menogenogvian (sp?). Also i think either Neo or Moepheus will die because in M1 the orcale says to Neo that one of them is going to die and that he will have to make a choice. unless that already happened.

I want a really dramatic ending. That could include Neo dying.

There's a site that shows the story (it's in another thread somewhere, I'll try and find it later), and it says Smith sticks his hand in Neo again, and they unplug Neo and kill all the Smiths (plus Neo). It may be true, but probably not. What do you think?

I think Neo's choice between himself and Morpheus has already occurred. That's why he went back in the save him instead of pulling the plug in M1.

I don't think Reeves is a horrible actor. He's perfect for his role. He always looks blank faced, like he hasn't got a clue what's going on. This works really well in the first one especially.

I think that Neo shouldn't die because Zion is counting on him and if he dies than who will they count on if the machines try to attack them? The only person I really want to see die is Smith, Merovigian and his wife Persophene!!

Reeves is a horrible actor. Someone needs to tell him that Bill and Ted was done over 10 years ago and he is suppsed to be doing different characters in different movies now. "Whoa, I know Kung-Fu"

And for your info Lucas did not direct everything. Empire was one he did not and it still by far the best one from all 5 movies thus far.

Actually to be honest you do a good job at speaking (or typing it I should say) and that is something most Americans can not do let alone speak another language themselves. English their own native language they butcher on a regular effort. MTV and the sports world really demostrates that.
