hey, I got this reloaded script. . .

TheArkitekkt

Hey guys, a friend of mine send me this script for reloaded, but it's COMPLETELY different. Here's the opening sequence:

FADE IN ON:
Dark clouds below the inky remnants of the scorched sky. We hear wind as we sail, like a glider, over the black atmosphere.
We DIVE DOWN into the murkiness, through the clouds, into the darker world of the dead surface of Earth, the desert of the real. The rotted skeleton of a massive city is sprawled everywhere. We approach a fissure in the Earth's crust, and as we do, we hear the increasing buzz of multiple hovercraft engines. Blue flashes grow in intensity from the fissure. Radio voices, indistinct at first, grow louder as we approach the fissure.
WOMAN (V.O.)
"Six o'clock, 300 meters. We can't outrun 'em."

MAN (V.O.)
"I know. Can't tow this crate fast enough! We gotta ditch it!"
We hear the voices as though we're listening to cops through a police scanner. The woman is NIOBE, the captain of the lead ship, Sephora.
NIOBE (V.O.)
"Can't, the core is still good. And they've got 'The One.'"
MAN (V.O.)
"Oooh, our savior. He’d better be worth it."
NIOBE (V.O.)
"Shut up and make the exit. Hold on!"
The azure glow from the fissure is suddenly overwhelming. A tight convoy of three HOVERCRAFT explode from the fissure, traveling nearly straight up, like a trio of massive locomotives flying into the sky in tight formation, linked together by tow cables. The blue glow has been emanating from the overworked flare drives of the first and third hovercrafts. Between them, suspended by tow cables, is the dark, scorched, and sliced NEBACHANEZZER. They rocket upward, slowing as they reach the top of the arc.
NIOBE (V.O.)
"Woo-hoooh!"
The rush to the ground, pulling up at the last second. The NEB flails wildly between them.
MAN (V.O.)
"They're still on us!"
More vehicles fly from the fissure. A massive army of SQUIDDIES pours up onto the surface.

I think it's one of the original scripts for the movie, doubt it has much to do with anything but may be an interesting read. If anyone wants a copy email me at thearkitekkt@aol.com

same here. ive read parts of a script ive seen online. they say its the matrix reloaded, but its nothing like the real movie.

hu else has read a script that starts with niobe and crew fighting sentinels?
TheArkitekkt

that's the one I have, I've got the whole script if you want it, just let me know.
Jebulum

isn't it the Nebuchadnezzar ? since when do they make that big typos in reel scripts ?
TheArkitekkt

uh since they started making rough drafts I dunno that's why I posted it. Never claimed to have an official script smarty, tryin to figure out where it came from. The call sentinals squiddies too, so I dunno, you're the one that knows kung-fu

well, when i said real i meant original.i don't know any kung fu, your status will level up with the number of posts.
TheArkitekkt

I was bein sarcastic smarty ;-) The original scripts are the rough drafts, then they come up with the FINAL script. . .
Jebulum

well, assuming niobe was a charcter known long time before reloaded was out, i suppose that is just an Hoax. :)
TheArkitekkt

um, you kinda contradicted yourself there, if she was a known character, then that's why she would be at the beginning of the movie, don't see how that says anything about it being a hoax. If you want to read it I'll send it to you THEN you can make assumptions.
Jebulum

send, send. i like fantasy work anyway. :)
TheArkitekkt

email me kung-fu master and I'll send thearkitekkt@aol.com

Jebulum

TheArkitekkt

i havent read the whole script, but it seems like a pretty good story.

why this entire script is online and has nothing really do to with reloaded, makes me think. huever wrote it has a good imagination. cause the length of the real movie.

seems more like the kind of stuff that will happen in m3 also.
Matrixio

I read the whole script too and was very impressed. At least it's very well written. One thing I noticed (which was almost the only similarity with the actual Reloaded movie), was the Burly Brawl between Neo and the Smiths. If we can establish that the script is pre-Reloaded Movie, it's gotta mean the writer must be at least "in the know" - someone close to (or even identical with) the W. Bros.
TheArkitekkt

The only date on it is April 8, 1999 so I don't know if that's when it was written or that's the date that it takes place (dates on neo's computer etc). But it would make sense if it was written then, because isn't that about when the W bros got clearance to make M2 and M3? It was originally supposed to be a stand alone movie with potential sequals, so this could have been written as an alternate or rough draft of the script, before they realy developed the characters and such. Usually writers will do that just to get a feel for the character and their personality before writing a final script to get a deeper feel for the character. But the little details like "squiddies" and stuff makes me wonder.

View Full Version : hey, I got this reloaded script. . .

they're still in the matrix! - agent smith....
