Encoded terms in the Strategy Guide (edited)

Anybody know the secret to translating the encoded terms in the Strategy Guide?

I know by context that:

IABHAHV = BOSS
ECEPCRGI = NIOBE
JBHSRPTE = GHOST
IBBXJITOT = REBELS
ICCKUHNPTR = ENEMIES
ECHUMXBIAOEF = SWORDPLAY

Etc. Etc. Etc....

But I don't know WHY or how to translate many of the other encoded terms appearing in the Guide.

Please help.

i dont think it can be translated by the english language... it might have somethign to do with binary numbers or something...
