If you had a hovercraft like the Neberccanazer or the Logos, what name would you like to give it? Mine would be called Excalibur.

My craft would be called "The Worst Ship."

"This is the worst ship, requesting to dock."
"The worst ship is still out there!"
"We have to get back to the worst ship, or we're all doomed!"

Latin: the keeper of the gate

Greek: awrathful or angry one

Hercules is a mithological Hero...his meaning I believe is "In Hera's service. "

Alexandros (pronouced al-eg-ZAN-dur)

Anyway to break from tradition I'd be Red Dragon-I hope my memory is correct. He was a dragon in the famous chinese story Journey to the West who volunteered to become a horse and the steed of the monk Tripitaka on his pilgrimage to the West to collect the Holy Scriptures for his people.

Red Dragon sounds like a strong hoveracraft.

Anyway Neb was a great king in the Bible...one of the first I think. He ruled Babylon but it fell later...I'm not sure if it was because of him. I heard he wasn't an impressive ruler though but my knowledge here's pretty fuzzy

I would call it "Simorgh" (persian)
Simorgh is a bird in persian mythology (not unlike Phenix). Simorgh is often used as a symbol for God.

Zeus sounds like a strong name for a hover craft.

Man, I had to view The Bible in Latin to get the name but I finally got it!!!

That's how you speel it right:

Nebuchadnezzar, Nebuchadrezzar

It means "Tears and groans of judgment"

But the Name "Nebuchadnezzar" simbolises more than that. Remember that this is the name of a King that in the Bible has a dream that predicts the future, but that he cannot remember. Than that king asks David to tell him what was that dream.
This has a great simbology.

Morpheous also had a dream, but that dream was uncertain. He had to "ask" Neo how the dream would be.

Morpheus says all that on "I can only show you the door...you are the one that has to walk trough it" and also, remember near the end of M2 when the Nebuchadnezzar is destroyed, morpheus quotes the Ancient King in the Bible: "I had a Dream, but that Dream was taken from me".

Before I really seareched for the meaning of Nebuchadnezzar I was convinced that it's meaning was that frase ("I had a Dream, but that Dream was taken from me"), but it was with some disapointment that I found out it isn't.

I would name my hovercraft the Nereus (Neer-E-us) becasue it sounds like a cool name and it has to do with greek mythology, but I'm to lazy to find out what it means!

Hehe, another trekkie, i see, good to know i'm not alone. By the way my ships would be as follows:

1) Athena- Greek goddess of war- a heavily armed and heavily plated ship.
2) Hermes- Greek messenger god- a fast lightly armed craft w/ extensive communications abilities.
3) Hephaestus- Greek smith god- a moderately armed, and protected ship, whose primary purpose is to repair other craft in the fleet.
3) (cont.) Cyclops'- Hephaestus's smith assistants- pods that can break away from the mainship to repair craft in combat w/o the help of the Hephaestus itself.
4) Windstalker- thigment of my imagination- silent running, covert spy craft, incredibly nimble, lightly armored.

I would call my hover craft Moctezuma, or Atila, from the Aztec mitologhy.

Moctezuma was the last emperor from the aztecs, the one who surrender to the Spanish gang because he thought they were their gods.

And Atila is a legend from the aztecs after the colony who was a super warrior that could fight with more than 10 guys at a time without getting hurt. The legend tells that he was "The One" who would save the aztecs from the spanish ppl, but he got suicide months before they got into Mexico because his wife and her daughter were raped and killed!

Truth....ammm....errrr.....ok....I'll use the 5th Amendment on that :D

Now, to the mission ahead:

Truth, a vessel with strocture changing capabilities, twin turbo propulsion engines that could operate at ultrasonic level with enourmous precision. Main caracteristic -> Almost endless shield reserve. The captain, would be Truth, because the vessel would be named after Her.

Mirage, a vessel with ultrasonic dawnpners, heat sinkers, and fully equiped with a cloacking device. It would carry a photon invertion beam cannion ( don't ask what it is...but sounds powerful hum?). Main caracterisic is of course, stealth capability.
The Cap'tan -> Sir Duncan MacLoud ;)

The MasterMind, a vessel that the Main characteristic would be unit control and capture, read more on my previous post on this unit.

The Warlock, the header of the fleet would be a Soverein Class unit, with energy deflector shields, multy-rail-gun turrets, two pulsatic phaser neutrino ports and the main weapon, a sub-atomical-ion-particle accelerator. The engine power would be near 0.6 light speed. It is also equipped with a medical bay, and a tracktor beam to do any necessary repair to the fleet, in the middle of the heat. His cap'tain, Richard BackDoor :D

Human Defence Iniciative (HDI) would also have a great fleet of foot soldiers, divided into 4 classes:

EMP Soldiers - Carrying sonar devices that could wanr them of the procimity of squidies, their weapon, a powerfull 10000000Watts EMP pulse gun, able of a rate of fire of 6 shots per minute. These soldiers have heavy armour vests.

Shield Raisers - Carrying a magnetic energy inversion device, this unit can create an un-destroyable field of magnetic energy in a range of 25meters, for a period of time not superior to 55minutes. After that time the unit would extract magnetic energy from Earth's core, and it would need 35minutes to fully charge. They can combine forces with more Shield Raisers, to create a field of up to 758meters large. This unit does not carry any armour ands needs constant suport.

Medical PsicoWarriors - This are state of the art medics carrying the last tecnological devices in terms of healing. They also possess great psicological powers and are able to help someone that is in the matrix, by changing their self-residual image, and healing them. They carry no armour, but they can use their medical knifes as a last resource.

Tanya Class Warrior - Suicide Warriors carrying a combination of a EMP device with a verry powerfull mini-atomic bomb, the are equiped with anti-gravity boots that propulse them to speeds up to 50m/s. This unit was created as a contermesure to the sentinel bombs.

More units stilll in the Unit Creation And Upgrading Center......their profiles will become available as thei are put into production.....
