Is the matrix dangerous?...

I was surprised a couple of weeks before, when 2 of my best friends got violent after seeing The Matrix Reloaded. It seems they watched the movie together and afterwards one of them jumped the other with a knife and stabbed him 3 times,almost killing him. The agressor is now facing prison or mental institution and the other is in the hospital,recovering.
The police said the movie was to violent. Was it?

Only the weak minded or mentally unstable people do those types of things after watching a powerful movie.

It is quite violent. But i think it is stupid to think that normal people would do something like that. Jesus, ¨COME ON¨!!!

Yeah man, people with serious mental unstability (not to be raggin' on your friends) would be affected that much by a movie. I mean honestly, the aggressor probably had this planned out in advance (again not to be raggin' on them or anything of the sort).

i dont understand why your friend stabbed someone because of the matrix. maybe i'm reading it wrong. help me out here.

I don't really understand your example either, but the Matrix is a very powerfull movie that can be intrepreted many ways. Some good, some bad.

It's a bit violent, not too, though.
Maybe it is for some people too much, you know, there is lot of stuff in the movie other than fighting. I'm would write much more, but I don't know all those words so much, so I just say that many things affect to make human crazy. Maybe it wasn't about Matrix at all..
