Idea

One of my ideas would be that once you get to 1500 posts lets say you allowed to pick you on title. that means you have to work alot and for ppl that have already are up there you have to get 100 more post from where you are so nobody can get it with out working... Theres more but i want others to have a chance some of us probably think alike.

I am abit confused. On one post you want easier rights for newbies, and in here you want it tougher for vets. Is that the case? Little one, once you reach 250, you then get to pick your title (unless someone else in the meantime picks it for you).

I feel that is extremly fair. 250 qualitly posts is alot. For the pple that aren't on too often, they aren't as hardcore maybee as the rest of us (or have lives to live lol), so I don't think they really do care or not about their title. One of our best members Helix made the generic avatars for this site I believe, and they are more than efficient. Having reached 50 post to get a custom avatar is also an extremly fair. for example, one of the boads like the spoon or the oracles apartment is something my husband had a woderful time posting in. Suddenly he looked stunned when I asked him if he wanted a custom av or just that fight-club one he always uses. Some boards that he is on doesn't give you the option of either until you get the attention of the admin for your posts. Having 50,000 members on his forum and only 25 with custom titles is something those members have earned in posting, so I think in here it is extremly fair.

Yes and those are the moderators. There are no custom titles for the rest. So the other members just keep on posting and realy don't care about the title because they're having a good time being on the boards. All boards are different.


UT

I dont understand UT. There are a lot more people than the mods that have custom titles. I have one right under my name: "Wake Up Neo...". If custom titles is something else than sorry for this, but i dont get it???

I just realized that UT was talking about other matrix-style boards with 50,000 members...and on there only mods have custom titles..

Makes me appreciate being a member of this forum.
