Looking for the pattern

Does anyone know where there might be a pattern found for Neo's "Reloaded" coat? I'd like to compare pricing between buying one custom made vs. making one myself.

u can buy neo coat and shades and boots and stuuf for a cheap price of u go to some costumes shops on the internet. theyre suppose to be costumes but theyre pretty cool

Yeah...I know. My husband and I want quality, too, though. We're not looking for something to wear for JUST Holloween, but as a dress coat as well. Plus, I'm on a weight lose journey and if I lose enough fat & weight, this is my reward to myself. I have it figured I'll have to buy Trinity's outfit, more than likely custom made, but if I can make a high quality coat for my husband, that might make it more affordable.
