I know I'm going to get a lot of lip for this one, but here goes.
I personally like no image sigs, even though I had one my self. It forces people to be more creative with their words. I also think there should be a limit to how many characters can go in a signature. I think 100-150 would be plenty to get an idea down besides, who spends more than 30 seconds reading a signature anyways?
Choi, since this thread has gone unanswered for more than 2 weeks, let me ease your pain. Ok, we have no image sigs, it sucks. But some of the pages were pulling in way too much megage so it was axed. You know I love you so take this the right way......What the hell are you on??????
Some pple still have image tags in the hope that Luc will bring back image sigs. Some pple want to express themselves in words now. Just be thankful we don't have quote junkies that troll through threads and take pples silly quotes as their sig with the quoters' name attached to it.
I'm with Choi on this one. Pics in sigs are just annoying. :(
I'm all for pic-less sigs myself. The focus in a post should be on the body (and maybe the title), but certainly not in the signature. I always tend to be more creative when I have a number of restrictions to work with (e.g. limited signature length).
Yeah, and some ppl on this site have dail up/narrowband (not me on i'm dsl) and pic sigs can get annoying for them cuz it takes like 10 mins for a page to load...
Idd, but it just takes up so much space. It's annoying.
personally, i like images in sig... its fun to look at peoples creativity with art... but nevertheless, i understand why there are none, so i accept it
