How did neo developed powers outside the matrix?
Cause his not out side the matrix! The zion and the whole reality thing is a matrix itself. The coming out of matrix and all that is a part of matrix. Its like Matirx inside a matrix. Thats why neo could controll the machines caue they r not real they r also programs like others inside that matrix..

I think neo was given the power of the machines like how he can feel the agents coming. He chose a different path then the other ones did before him so thats why he has the power of the machines or hes one of them
