Twins

So what's so special about the Twins then? Can they stop bullets and beat up Agents one-handed as well?

Also, apperently at the end of Reloaded an Australian actor dies, who went on straight after the first Matrix film to another film. The only ones I can think of are Hugo Weaving (Agent Smith 2.0) and Laurence Fishburne (Morpheus). I'm not sure if Laurence Fishburne is Austrailian but I think he is. Do you know if he is?

Anyway, it could be Hugo Weaving cause Neo killed the first one so he'll probably kill the gurt loada second ones as well. And after the first Matrix film he worked on Lord of the Rings. But I think it's Laurence Fishburne 'cause I've seen a shot of Reloaded where the Twins have cornered him in a Toilet, and he coudn't even beat up the first Agent Smith, so he's got no chance against the Twins! Also Laurence Fisburne starred in Attack of the Clones after the first matrix film.

Maybe you haven't seen the trailor yet, but Neo didn't kill Smith. One would think that entering one's body and making them explode would kill them, but M2 has a surprise in store for us on that subject.

Also, I know my post above wasn't on topic, sorry. I know nothing about the twins other than it seems that they are seen in a commercial fighting one of the good guys.

Okay first of all, Agent Smith is most certainly not "dead!" Come on people, he's a computer program! Let's think about that for a minute...

Second, Laurence Fishburne (Morpheus) is not Austrailian. He is from Augusta, GA.

Third, Laurence Fishburne was not in Attack of the Clones. That was

Forth, I know for a fact Agent Smith will be in the third movie. I saw Hugo's name listed in the cast. This also applies to Morpheus as well. Do a search and you can find it if you need proof!

What do you mean about the Twins moving through matter? You mean they can go threw walls? And can they fly like Neo?

Qrac, if you watch the final movie trailer from the matrix website you can clearly see a scene where one of the twins goes through a car and scared the SH*T out of Morpheus. The graphics they use for them is Freaking awesome. They kinda look like ghosts. I think they have the ability at will to change the structure of their body so solid objects may pass through without hurting them. In another scene one is fighting morpheus and he slices with a sword, goes right through a twin and doesnt hurt him.. very cool!

Crow, I haven't seen those - but I did see one which was a freeway scene and it looked like one of the twins converted himself to a grouping of pebbles that flew like a swarm of bees, which then flew fast into a car and then reconstituted into the twin form.

I will say it over and over - I hope the twins can fight, because they look like dorks in each and every still I see them in.

1minute and 16 seconds into the trailer there is a scene with morpheus and the twins are fighting and his blade goes right through them.

The twins are evil and can change there body at will it is called phasing here is a pic.

Well, if M2 is the 24 hours after M1 - and the Twins are the improvement the computers made in agents to compensate for Neo's power, I would hate to see what they could do if they had a week to improve the agents.

A virus in the matrix working against the good guys? I haven't seen it yet, but it's been said that Morpheus is sword fighting against atleast one twin somewhere.

Hmm... Maybe it is a new guy. I'll check around and see if I can find anything. I have a knack for finding this kinda stuff on the net. Oh, but I do know the sequels were filmed in Australia... so who knows? I'll get back to ya on that one okay?

WildCard, in answer to your question about if the Twins can fight. The two guys playing them (Neil and Adrian Rayment) happen to be black belts (I don't know in what it wasn't stated where I found that. Not that it matters much, huh?)... so the answer is yes. They will be able to kick some serious butt if they want to. :D

The Keymaster. No it's not the Agents, WildCard, although I thought that too. The Keymaster is a different character. I think Morpheus' comment was some serious foreshadowing though... All I know is he's a VERY important character and the Twins guard him... other than that I don't know anything else. I haven't been able to find any info on the guy yet...

My wildshot guess is this, note it still has lots of holes in it.

The old guy on trinity's cycle in the highway scene is the keymaster - that's why they risked death in the open like that and why the twins are after them.

Maybe the keymaster used to be the One that freed the first batch of humans. Maybe he is the one that maintains the matrix somehow with his One powers...'

I think you may be right. That's the exact thing my friends and I guessed... Oh, and I do think that is the Keymaster on the bike with Trinity. One of my friends said it was, but don't hold me to it. :)

The actor who actually died is in fact an actress. The lady that played the oracle in The Matrix died shortly after filming scenes for Reloaded. I'm not sure how they're going to make up for her loss in Revolutions but overall I just feel great empathy for passing.

Yeah, the oracle was an awesomely played part and I was truly saddened when I heard in the news of her passing. Not because of how it would effect M2 and M3, but I really got to like her character in M1 - and she wasn't even on that long. I think a lot of people felt the same way.

As for how it will work out in M2, I believe they probably just took her death in real life and worked it into the plot of the movie and used the parts of her that they had to work with. Maybe computer generated misc scenes if they had to - like when Neo is kicking all those Smiths in M2 while leaned on some metal pole. You can easily tell it's CGI.

Did you see the trailer with her in it? She doesn't look so good, I wonder what role she plays in the movie.

I always wondered who she really was and how she got to know what she does. Maybe I should start a thread about her.
