Getting to hard line after Post Office

I am not very good at these games, but I am enjoying this one. I have gotten through the post office and I am on the section where Niobe is driving and Ghost is shotgun, no matter what I do I can't seem to get where I need to be for the hard line. I always get to what appears to be gates, but I can't get through them, but that is where the green arrow tells me to go.

Any help would be appreciated.

drvie around for awhile after reaching the gates for about 2 mins or so then go too them then they will open to bridge.

Keep away from the gates. It helps! Believe me! It's the easiest way.

It depends who you are, but I'm assuming you are Niobe, if not then your game is messed up. BUt do what fr3kn says, ride around for 2 minutes, blowing up any police cars that get in your way. and yes do stay away from the gates or you will get ganged up on and die real fast.
