Can anyone answer the following

RedPill

I have a few questions that I am wondering if anyone can explain

1. Where did Seraph come from? I don't remember him protecting the Oracle in the original unless he was the woman who answers the door and he is some sort of shape shifter (maybe that is why he is gold because his code is unstable)

2. In the original Neo goes to see the Oracle and the woman (Seraph) who answers the door tells him to go wait with the other condidates? Other candidates? Who are these children and who found them and trained them to bend spoons and float blocks. In fact the spoon bending child has greater insight than Neo

3. If the Matrix is very old as the architect says how come civilisation has not aged with it since Agent Smith says they created the Matrix to reflect the peak of our civilisation (the 90's) but it is still the 90's when Agent Smith says this so either each One has occurred in a different Matrix or the program is perpetually reset and thus the Matrix is trap in time (but if this is the case how do they deal with people aging in the real world but not aging in the Matrix?)

4. Why do they have to use phones to enter and exit the Matrix and who first dicovered this?

5. Who wrote/programmed the training program and the Zion mainframe?

Everybody assumes that Seraph is the Oracle's protector, when
all he says is "I protect that which matters most." Since we are
also introduced to program back doors with Seraph's arrival onto
the scene, it makes sense that he is protector of something else -
something closer to the network core.

Seraph is not the "receptionist" lol.
We are not told what the children are candidates for, but it is
implied that they are the other possible Ones Morpheus
unplugged. Yes the spoonbending boy is talented, but lacks the
physical skill and coordination it takes to get around the Matrix.

Once the machines took control of humanity, human history as
we know it stopped. Therefore, the only history the Architect can
base the Matrix on is the most current past, and an old past at
that. I estimate the current Matrix version to be mid 29th century,
based on other evidence I'll not go into right now.

4. Why do they have to use phones to enter and exit the Matrix and who first dicovered this?
This is based on modem technology. Back when the stories were
written (c.95-97?), almost everybody who went online used
phone lines. Think of AOL access numbers. There are only a
handful in each area. You can't call any number to log onto AOL.
They weaved this concept nicely into the story. The operator tells
the "jacked" crew where the closest one is. No other phone lines
will work. How that was predetermined is a mystery to me. I'll
have to review M1 again, hehe.

5. Who wrote/programmed the training program and the Zion mainframe?
Mouse wrote the Smith Training Program, so I would assume
others within Zion wrote the other programs. All of them execute
within the Construct, even Zion Control. You can clearly see the
Zion Control workers in seats and plugged in during that
sequence of scenes in M2.
