My boyfriend and I have been discussing this long and hard (we're not sad we're just really confused!!) and we've come to the following concluson:
The "matrix" they do Kung-fu in and the "Real World" are both actually matrix's. This explains how after leaving the "matrix" neo could still use his powers to destroy a setnial thing (a squidy) and also how agent smith has kind of taken over someones body (you know that dude who nearly murdered neo with a knife) in the "real World".
So neo is NOT a program/machine and every one in zion is still in the "power plant (or rather still plugged in)" and we think that in the 3rd matrix neo will realise that even Zion is a matrix and try to get out somehow.
What do you think?

It makes no sence.
Break it down.. (The "matrix" they do Kung-fu in ). Yes they do. good eye.
then you jump to say (and the "Real World" are both actually matrix's.)
What evidence are you using to come up with that? Or for that matter what did the 1st line of Kung-fu have to do with the second part.
Im trying to grasp how.

If what im reading and how im reading is right... what your saying is Because they do kung-fu in the matrix, that is why he could destroy the sentinals.
Am I wrong here or did anyone else read it that way.

Obviously because there is some kind of link or connection between Neo and the machines. ("I can feel them!")
HOW this link was created, or what it consists of, is the current hot topic of debate in here. I've seen these theories:
1 - MIAM or MWAM or MIAMIAM or MWAMWAM or MIAMIAMIAMIAM or MWAMWAMWAM or...
2 - Neo is a program (perhaps created by a night of forbidden passion between The Architect and The Oracle)
3 - when Neo exploded Smith in M1, they swapped some code the way lovers trade spit
4 - Neo actually entered into and connected with The Source, and concordantly now has the power to kill the entire machine consciousness, though he knows it not (yet)
Ok I think everyones a little confused. My boyfriend and I have very different writing structures so naturally if we're both trying to put our say into sentences mixed up into a Pharagraph, then naturally it's gona sound weird.
What we meant was, we believe that the world Neo was saved from and the real world he and the whole of Zion is living in now is all just one big fake. Basically, they never left the matrix. They are still in it. We believe that this was the reason Neo felt the Squidies and could destroy them. He has powers in Zion through the matrix. Plus that would explain how Agent Smith got through....after all he is a computer program!
Do you see? Or am I still talking rubbish?
