I read all what you say, but i ask you one question...
Why does the Mother of Matrix should be that...a woman I mean...
It´s a program a they are not separated by he or she....The oracle could be a posibility but is only a person that only have the power to view the thing that will occur...but nothing else...
There's one person that have strange powers that appear in M2:
I don't remember the name (please tell what's his name), the Husband of Persephone, it's a lonely piece of all the story that it is not explain, how can he have that powers...
I tell you again...the mother can't be only a woman....it's a program...and if you see Animatrix also there is not an Oracle...well is only an idea...

The Architect said "If i am the Matrix's Father, then SHE would most certainly be it's mother." Or something like that. Meaning, that it was, in fact, a female (at least a Feminine program...)
