When Neo stops the sword (awesome scene), everyone is pretty shocked to see him bleed.
What about the agent that Morpheus cuts with the sword ontop of the truck? His cheek is cut and is bleeding.
I don't remember any other agents bleeding. Does this mean anything? Probably not. I'm bored.

why they'd be less scared of him if he bled, since everyone
bleeds.

When neo bleeds it shows his enemy's he is not invincible, so they are less scared of him.

I didn't really think too much about Neo getting cut, but when the agent's cheek was cut and started to bleed. I was like...hey now!

Agreed. Neo bleeding is a sign of weakness. To paraphrase Sherlock Holmes in The Hound of the Baskervilles, if you can wound a thing, then you can kill a thing.
Wounding agents makes perfect sense, since they are "subject to the same rules of the Matrix like everyone else" (Morpheus says something like that in the spot-the-agent trainer).
However...
Wounding Neo no longer makes any sense. He can defeat death. He is therefore technically immortal, since there's no other term that means opposite of mortal. So it should not be possible to wound him ever since he became The One.

On another note, how about that scene from M2 where the operator is killed by a falling walkway? His blood splashes over the monitors and drips slowly down the screens...in EXACTLY THE SAME WAY THAT GREEN MATRIX CHARACTERS SCROLL DOWN THE SCREEN. How cool is that. D'you suppose there's a connection?

well i think that is a good question but when neo bleeds the guy says " see he's only human" so that means that neo is human and i dont know about the twin

Well, Neo bleeding can only mean that he is "only a human" for Merovingian, but the Agent... I don't Know...
