[Arc: The first matrix I designed was quite naturally perfect. It was a work of art. Flawless, Sublime. A Triumph equaled only by it’s monumental failure. The inevitability of it’s doom is apparent to me now as a consequence of the imperfection inherent in every human being. Thus I redesigned it based on your history. To more accurately reflect the varying grotesqueries of your nature. However, I was again frustrated by failure. I have since come to understand that the answer eluded me because it required a lesser mind or perhaps a mind less bound by the parameters of perfection. Thus the answer was stumbled upon by another. An intuitive program initially created to investigate certain aspects of human psyche. If I am the father of the matrix, she would undoubtedly be it’s mother.
Neo: The Oracle.
Arc: Please. As I was saying, she stumbled upon a solutions whereby nearly 99% of all test subjects accepted the program as long as they were given a choice. Even if they were only aware of the choice at a near unconscious level. While this answer functioned it was obviously fundamentally flawed, thus creating the otherwise contradictory systemic anomaly. That if left unchecked might threaten the system itself. Ergo, those that refuse the program, while a minority, if unchecked would constitute an escalating probability of disaster.]
This is piece of the converstaion between Neo & The Arc
If you read the carefully you will see that the 1st 2 Matrices were failures by the Arc, {this we already know} but When the Oracle {that who I'm gonna say the mother is for now} but when she redesigned the Matrix Anomaly was created during the 3rd Matrix {Read second paragraph: WHILE THIS ANSWER FUNCTIONED IT WAS OBVIOUSLY FUNDAMENTALLY FLAWED, THUS CREATING THE OTHERWISE CONTRADICTORY SYSTEMIC ANOMALY}
More things that are bugging me:
In the beginning of M2 Neo senses Smith not the Agents, I think he probably figured that Agents were coming....or it might be a possibility that he sensed them as well.....
How does Smith seem to know that things are happening as before {cept for the cloning thing, being the only difference}?
I don't think Smith ever died {the way Neo suppossedly killed him} in the past Matrices, I believe like he told Neo right before the brawl in the park:
Smith: Mr. Anderson. Did you get my package?
Neo: Yeah.
Smith: Well good
Smith: Surprised to see me?
Neo: No.
Smith: Then you're aware of it?
Neo: Of what
Smith: Our connection. I don't fully understand how it happened. Perhaps some part of you imprinted onto me, something overwritten or copied. It is at this point irrelevant. What matters is that whatever happened happened for a reason.
Neo: And what reason is that?
Smith: I killed you Mr. Anderson. I watched you die, with a certain satisfaction I might add. And then something happened. Something that I knew was impossible but it happened anyway. You destroyed me Mr. Anderson. Afterward, I knew the rules. I understood what I was supposed to do but I didn't, I couldn't. I was compelled to stay, compelled to disobey. And now here I stand because of you Mr. Anderson. Because of you, I am no longer an agent of this system. Because of you I am changed, I'm unplugged, a new man so to speak. Like you, apparently free.
Neo: congratulations.
Smith: Thank you. But, as you well know, appearances can be deceiving which brings me back to the reason why we're here. We're not here because we're free. We're here because we're not free. There's no escaping reason, no denying purpose because as we both know without purpose, we would not exist.

Smith Clone 1: It is purpose that created us...
Smith Clone 2: Purpose that connects us...
Smith Clone 3: Purpose that pulls us...

OK i believed that Smith in the past Matrices, failed but not in the type of fashion Neo did it......He failed, left the Matrix (went on to do other things) He said Maybe something copied or overwritten, maybe just maybe Smith got a few of Neo's Humane traits, & that is why he is hanging around he wants everything that Neo now wants (but in an evil kind of way) Neo took away Smith's purpose when he destroyed him in M1......But in M2 Smith knew more about the purpose of 'ONE' than Neo did.... {that is why he is able to know that Neo was going to be in the Hallways coming down to the End} Smith had also asked Neo if he felt their connection----> I think Neo did because.....again what happened at the beginning & when Smith took over Bane's brian, Neo woke up like he felt Smith coming into the REAL....Now I also think the Smith is either trying to take over the Matrix and/or the Real world. He told Neo that he wants the same thing Neo wants, which is everything.....
So why I'm I bringing this up.....I don't even Know I thought it would be nice info to know & see if anyone has any thoughts concerning all of it......
