Sorry but I had a splinter in my mind about time going on between Matrix and Real World / Zion (assuming it is the real world). If AI's created in early 21th century and Morpheus tells Neo they're about in 2199, but he don't Know very well, so the time passed by is about 100 years. This time is good enough to permit to 23 people from the Matrix to repopulated Zion and free much more of them Matrix to gets the 250.000 pp. mentioned in M2. So a cycle of Matrix last about a century. And Neo come only for last period. This will explain the estenuant (sp*) research of Morpheus for the One. Every time Matrix is reloaded, in my opinion, the time will be resetted at the early 21th century, so Morpheus believe to be quasi in 2199. This can also mean that can be a Matrix in the Matrix or simply that Zion is only another part of the whole Matrix. In M1 Agent Smith says that Matrix #1 was a sort of heaven but something goes wrong, so machines programmed it to be set at the peak of our tecnology, 1999! This don't signify that 2199-1999=200 years, this are simply two different things! That do you think about this?
time passed by was not 100yrs but it is actuall 200

I think time in Matrix can be different that time in real world!!! So in Matrix can be 1999 and in Zion can be 2199 but his don't signify it has passed 200 years from Matrix creation but, in my opinion only a century! Am I wrong?
don't know if this is relevent, but Morpheus said humans created A.I. in the early 21st century, meaning like 2010, and it probably took some time before they attacked, so it would be closer to 2050 when the matrix was created.

The first Matrix was designed to be the perfect human world where none suffered, where everyone would be happy...
It failed.....No one would accept the program, entire crops were lost....Some believed that we lacked the programing language to describe your perfect world....
Then he went on to say somethings along the lines of the human minds were so use to misery and chaos, that was the reason why they would not accecpt the programing of the 1st Matri
I do think that time is now kinda the big issue....Yeah the time inbetweent the Matrix & so-called real world is very different, but by how much------>someone just said that the 1st Matrix may have been created around 2050 then this might make sense seeing as the Neb was built 2069 or then again it may not be true
How do the people of Zion know which year it is? The don't, the probable said, hmm 2100 would be a nice year to start, however it is impossible that it's really 2199: Since 100 years have passed since the beginning of this war (the beginning of the sixth Zion) it is more accurate to say that the year Neo lives in is 2699! Or something around that.
Actually IF Zion runs in approximate cycles of 100 years (perhaps earlier ones ran longer since Machines are becoming increasingly efficient at destroying Zion....plus as the "bum" says in ETM, Zion only lasted 72 hours last time), the REAL year would be closer to 2699 since this is the 6th version of the Matrix (and Zion if you beleive MIM theory)......Yes the Neb shows itself to be commissioned somtime in 2100's but then the Neb is not real is it? ;)
