concerning names!

How do people get those phrases under their names? does it depend on how many lposts you put up?

It's a fixed set of names/taglines up until you reach 260 posts. Every few posts it changes to a predefined text. Once you hit 260, you can change it to whatever you like. It starts from newbie -> cool newbie -> resident newbie -> hooked.. etc etc

so when i hitt260 i can change it to what ever i want how would i do that?

When you reach post 261 you get an extra option in the user control panel (under the 'edit profile'). The option is located right under your birthday.
