Who are the matrix twins?

Without giving ANY spoilers, who are they? Brief answer would be great.

i don't know who they are or what they are but morpheous
fights them (or so the trailer shows).

the roles are played by Adrian and Neil Rayment.

they look pretty damn cool, disappearing and moving
through walls and stuff.

hmm, Morpheus was fighting them? hmm...

There was rumors right when #2 was being scripted that possibly the matrix would have someone with powers much like Neo's to fight for them. That doesn't make much sense at all.

No, I believe you are right, I wasn't disbelieving you. Everytime that scene comes on TV, I always miss it because I am afraid I am going to see something that will be a spoiler.

I dont know about the twins....i think its a little..i dont know, weird. The white-ness....and the hair?.....I like em better in their "ethereal" form...they look more intimidating that way...here, they look like i could kick their asses.....

well, note that the trailor has an expressway scene where Morpheus is running on the cars, one of the twins is floating around.

You know, I think I just might have a good guess as to what they are. A new program. Just like in T2, there was the newer model terminator?

Would explain their added features, without making them 'neo's.

From what I heard on the streets, they're supposed to be like virus/bounty hunter type things. Kind of like the bad guy from Terminator, blah blah he supposed to kill anybody who poses threat to world domination and so on. I think the white guys are like virus things that the robots created (with more goodies than just plain ol agent smith) to kill em. Maybe I'm wrong but I think its plausible..

the twins are like the agents except they are more powerful and can like dissapear and reapear in one scene they jump at a car and teleport inside the car

In a scene when Neo is fightin 'em he says somthin' lyk "Damnit they have upgrades", so i think they are lyk mor pwrful agents i could be wrong tho-Half&half

I heard too that they are suposed to reprisnd Visruses in the matrix... That would make the most sence

Half, where the heck did you see that clip!? That clip, assuming it's legit, infers they are upgraded agents that learn and upgrade on the fly.

Remember how the Borg upgraded on the fly? Scary, powerful power to have.

Call me stupid or what not... but their sick dreadies remind me of the sentinels with their funny tentacle like things. Possibly a matrix version of sentinels in all their 1337n355? I know it would be a stupid idea.. "Why would their be sentinels in the Matrix?" But hey thats my 2 cents worth.

I agree it make sense that they could b sentenals in matrix form the idea would make sense itself and would b cool if that is wat they are-H&h

My guess is that the Twins are an advanced type of agent. Check the part int he trailer where one of the Twims floats into Morpheus' car. Looks like it was after Morpheus or something........

Yeah, just that floating into Morpheus' car scene shows they are incredibly powerful.

Someone said they saw Morpheus slice thru one of the twins with his sword and it didn't effect them, but I haven't seen that clip.

The twins were supposedly "deleted programs" from the Matrix and they serve as bodyguards of some guy, I can't remember, it's that guy that hangs out with Persephone. They have the ability yo turn "ethereal" and pass through matter. They are neutral, which means they attack agents and the humans.

Try to keep spoilers like this out of this forum...

Your post is vague enough to not delete though. I think you are wrong too, but I could very well be wrong as well. :D

Watch the Trailer again. Neo saya that to the regular Agents, not the Twins.

its scary...but the twins aren't the new and improved jacka$$e$, because they aren'tconforming like the others. So it makes alot more sense to me for them to be renegade viruses or bodyguards that can pass thru each state...whatcha think?

Any of you see the new X-Men? Would the twins be like the blue 'Portal' guy that kicks the secret service's asses in the begining?

As for the twins i reckon they're viruses. As has been said already. I haven't actually seen them fighting the agents however. I don't think they can teleport though. Unless it's extreme speed. They can go ethereal (evidence in about 5 of the trailers, right?)

yes, in that pic, he is fighting the twins. assuming everyone knows that they have ghost-like abilities:

everyone knows that there's gonna be a great morpheus fighting scene in reloaded to make up for the horrible performance he gave against agent smith in the first movie. morpheus is going to be using a guitanna (excuse the spelling) which is a japenese samurai sword. well that pic above is from that scene.

In the trailer, it shows that scene and morpheus is using the sword to slash at the twins, but they keep "ghosting" and the sword goes right through em!!!

I'm guessing they cant attack while in the ghost mode, or else why dont they just stay as ghosts all the time and be invinclible?

There has to be a limit on any power like that to make it believable in the movies. There has to be a moment of weakness. There has to be a cost to the power.

We will find out soon. :)
