Zion Part of program?

As you all know zion has been created and destroyed 5 times, in the same fashion each time. If this is true could zion possibly be part of a program, designed to make its inhabitants feel in the real world, but actually be part of the matrix itself?


Also is the Arcitect a program made by the machines to throw off neo, who will never know the true creater?

yeah, the architect is a program, but I believe that he really did build the matrix.

What i do know about the first question is this. the purpose of Zion is to produce the one. I'm not sure why, and I'm not sure how, but that's why its there.
