How does the agents keep on multipling

How does the agents keep on multipling.

Easy as this sir...The agants can maipulate just about everything...Can you copy and paste text on your computer? Well that is what the agents are doing..They are just copying there program to many diffrernt parts...

I agree. Smith is now a virus. If you remember, Smith tells Neo that he "set him free" Which was apparently accidental. Since Smith is no longer an Agent and explains that he thinks some of Neo's code was inprinted onto him [end of M1] . . . Perhaps it gave Smith different power. Which is to clone himself.
Also, when programs face deletion, I think they are replaced by upgrades. Which could explain it as well.
