All figured out.

The old guy at the end of reloaded, talked about 5 matrixes before this one. Well what if each matrix was rebuiult within itself, therefore each person in each version was captured or killed and put in the pods. This would explain why Neo has powers outside of the 6th matrix. He is opening up his powers for the 5th matrix. "How deep is the rabbit hole"

Well actually, I have also wondered about this. I was really surprized when Neo turned to Trin and said "something is different. I can feel them" It made me wonder... Offcourse this is just speculation. But it might just be that the Machines coded a "matrix in matrix" situation, as a way of 2nd level control. (however, I don't believe this situation would be connected with the other 5 matrices that were destroyed according to the Architect) Anyway, think about it, You're in the matrix, doing all that amazing stuff you can do, you jack out, and find yourself in what you think is the real world. You know you are in the real world, and you can have no powers there, thus by the very logic created in the first matrix, you have no special powers. Truth is, you are still in the matrix, even though it's on a 2nd level. Wouldn't it be easier to have other programs kill the rebels in a world where humans don't have their powers. ( maybe sentinels are programs to the 2nd level matrix as Agents are programs to the 1st level matrix )

So yes, the question again is, how far down does the rabbithole go?

I defenately dont think that a Matrix within a Matrix idea is true.

There are many arguments for and against the matrix in a matrix.

However people shouldn't come up with these lame arguments;

- What if zion's in the matrix and trinity's an agent?
- Mabye zion is another matrix and morpheus is the one in the zion matrix?

Well I really think it is one of the possibilities... it would be the best way to explain the ending of Reloaded, with Neo disabling those sentinels. However every theory is just a theory, and has it flaws.

Well if the first matrix was made to give humans they're so called lives during the best part of their existence(1990's). Then would'nt it be possible for humans to develope technology within the matrix to create a matrix, basically human kind kept evolving from the 1990's to the period when artificial inteleigence was taking over. Then wouldn't it be possible for this process to keep going an going, let's say oh 6 times over. therefore the frst matrix was made 600 years ago, from whatever time it really is. And then eventually the matrix as neo knows it know will one day run it's course to be like zion. Just some food for thought.
