In the part that Neo is inside Matrix, fighting the agents, and the ship is being attacked by the sentinels, Trinity callls him and he could listen to her! Then he ruuned to the phone to travel back to the ship! I want to know how could be possible he listened her!

i guess since his physical body is still in the real world, it may be
possible for him to hear stuff if people are whispering it to his
ear. especially since he thought he was dead in the matrix so
maybe his mind left the matrix and just "floated" before he died.
yeah, its like how they say people can hear you when they're in a coma i guess...
I belive it was beause when some one speaks the send waves to the ear drum the ear drum then turns most of it in to electrical currents for the brain to read. He was in the martix and the matrix is electricy and so He heard her tell him to run now. That is why a new way for hard of hearing people to hear is to get an electrical divice implanted into their ear that acts as an eardrum.
But the eardrum works in this way that you told us, but you are just saying something that you think?

I think what trinityflame_fv said makes sense...because when I'm sleeping, I can sometimes hear people calling my name in the dream, and when I wake up, it turns out it's my mom yelling at me to wake me up (lol :P) So I think Trinity was able to help him get up because he could hear it, just like we can when we dream...:)
This part always nagged at me, too, as did the fact that our heros couldn't use mobile phones to exit the matrix.
I think at some point you just have to stop analyzing and accept that it's just a movie. Those of us who were early and long-term Star Trek fans had to do the same thing when faced with clear impossibilities and inconsistencies. Some things just fall under the rubric of "artistic license." We wouldn't have bought the dramatic opening phone-booth-crash scene if cell phones could have been used as exits later in the movie.
That said, I'm hoping that M2 will have fewer internal inconsistencies because the Bros know that expectations are higher.

Even the Matrix has errors in it system.
