In Reloaded, where does Neo go after first flight?

My apologies if this has already been discussed.

After meeting with all freedom fighters, Neo goes outside to fight agents. Afterward, he flies away and lands atop a building. You see him walk into a room and say something to the effect of "Where are you," or "Where did you go?"

What is happening here? Who lives there? Where is that?

Any one think they know?

Oracle's old apartment. Remember they were waiting for a message for her, then shortly after that she does and Bane becomes infected with Smith?

Definately Oracle's apartment, just dark.

No, no problem. I didn't know it at first until I took it all into context. Then when I saw it a second time, it made a lot more sense.

This movie was made to watch a handful of times. :)
