How do people in the real world survive inside their capsules(correct word?)? And if a baby is born in the Matrix, is it born in the real world? Does it get it's own capsule? Is it machine controlled? Thanks in advance for your input.

My theory is that eggs are harvested from the girls, sperm from the boys, they do their AI does their mumbojumbo to put two and two together and then input that result into a new pod. -WC- Sigma Sounds good to me, since the machines do want to keep humans alive and reproducing.
