Video game Console

Which one do you own/prefer?

i prefer the xbox 4 sports games. and ps2 4 fighting games.

i like PS2 because it has the best games... final fantasy! w00t!

ps 2 for me, anytime

ps2 has better games and the better controller

xbox is far superior.

twice as much memory as the ps2, twice as fast central proccessing unit, more powerful graphics proccesor & sound proccessor, twice as much software storage space + the console has an internal 8gb hard drive. Then once online console gaming becomes more popular, xbox has unlimited potential to expand. The game library for xbox is considerably smaller than ps2, but half the games made for ps2 are substandard and most of the better games are multi-platform anyway, so theres no real loss there.

I love my xbox haha.

I wish nintendo could keep up with sony and microsoft, but it cant. I used to be a nintendo kid through and through. After GC they wont even build another console, they'll just become multi-platform software producers. sony and microsoft will have complete control of the gaming market.

I got a PS2, but i still love my Atari 2600 :D

Well, I used to have an Atari Lynx, I just said that because you said Atari.

As well as being a matrix freak, I am also a Sony freak all of my electrical appliances except the microwave downstairs, are all from sony even the sound system in my car is from sony, I still have my PS1, the very one that was launched in 1995 and I have a PS2.

I will always be loyal to Sony, but I am thinking about buying an Xbox, just for some really good games that I can play with my friends, most of them have Xboxes you see, I'm the only one with a PS2.

Atari Lynx. --> Can we say "Gates of Zendacon". My personal favourite of the good old times.
As for now, I go for ps2. Better games and more games. I also think the controller is better. Favourite games? Tomb Raider, Oddworld, Resident Evil.
Which reminds me: Anyone in here has any comment on the Myst games?
I really wonder if it's any good and I can't find it for rent. (Most people say you really have to like it or it'll be as boring as hell):p

PS2 All the way, You can't play PS1 games on an X-box. the controller is much better, and the game play is too. The only thing cool about the X-box is no memory card and downloads musiq.:cool:

PS2 is the best. it has the best games. the only thing X box has is a bit better graphics. and Ps2 has a much better controler. But my brother recently deleted all my memory so i got ta start every thing over.

I think Xbox is better.

i like x box cuz its more fun. gots better games, and the controler is more comfertable for my hands.

PS/PS2 controller rocks harder/steadier; it's what u're used to I guess.

I prefer the XBOX controller.

I don't own any consoles apart form a PlayStation (and a PC if u count that as one).
But I prefer the PS/PS2 to the others as the controller is alot less bulky and has better controls IMO.
But the graphics on XBox seem to be better and have a better speed.
