HELP PLEASE!; I want to know how...

... to get those logos (or pictures) that appears under alot of users names. I want to get one too, but I dont know how you guys get them there!

Please help, I am totally lost and confounded!

go to USER CP> EDIT PROFILE > CHANGE AVATAR and there you go...
