Sorry folks,alittle over indulgance. What I'm getting at is that6 Agent smith is a dope,and Neo will always kick his ass when they meet. Even if there are a million of him, neo will always make him pay.
J.B, I agree and don't agree. Neo can kick his ass but Agent Smith is pretty strong. And now there are so many of him its not even funny. So I think that both of them have an equal chance (but i give Neo the upper-hand).
I also agree and don't agree. the ORIGINAL Smith might actualy be a match for Neo since i think that the ORIGINAL SMITH is stronger, faster, and smarter than he was ever before. I also think that we have yet to see the original since there are so many clones it would be hard to say which one is the real one. Plus if all the clones fought neo at the same time neo would just be overwelmed at loose.
I think Smith can get to Neo mentally. He's always saying things that are making Neo think about what exactly is going on. Smith having been a part of the system long before Neo came onto the picture would certainly have all the info about who exactly is pulling the strings that drive Neo.
Smith would also have the knowledge about any ulterior motives the machines may have. And with that knowledge would use it to drop hints and clues for Neo while at the same time trying to destroy him physically.
"I am the Alpha... of your Omega... The beggining... of your end."
This is an important line because it may prove telling perhaps in the third movie... Also... something brings joy to Agent Smith's life (or program durration) what ever you want to call it... Either way... the fact that he mearley smiles... let alone laughs... may be because he did something... something destructive or devastating to those that have freed their minds... who knows.
He laughs in the previews for the third movie... rather maniacly in fact... it is a different face for the evil man/program.
Also... this has no realivence to agent smith... but could anyone tell me what the homless man has to do with anything. You know... the one with the watches... the one who kept saying "72 hours... 72 hours... that was how long the last zion lasted... 72 hours..." He is in the game and the previews for the third movie (it is a quick glimpse of his face)... i would like to know his impact on the way the trilogy will play out.

I'm a new member so take it easy but if Smith really wanted to kill Neo why doesn't the million of Smith's just shoot at him, he might be "the one" but could he can't doge millions of bullets from every angle and different bullet fractions? I mean no disrespect for Neo but ...Oh by the way that would be a great action sequence to see 'um dodge 'um all...
Smith doesn't want to kill neo like that. he wants to torure neo before he kills him and smith would kill neo very slowly and painfully. Also, smith needs neo to prevent the matrix from being rebooted. If smith just killed neo there the matrix will be rebooted and smith will die with all of his clones.

The bullets arent real. It doesnt matter how many rounds are sent down range.
