does anyone actually know anything about revolutions, as in, it's not just a theory?

yeah, that's what i thought too. Here's a question do you think Smith would try to copy himself over the others too? Like the Merovigian, Persephone, and even the Architect?

thats a good idea, i didn't notice that he was in the oracle's kitchen, maybe he will copy himself over the entire population of the matrix and possibly more...


another thing, if smith copied himself unto trinity, then neo would not want to destroy the original smith, for fear that when he destroyed him he would kill the smith that was trinity. :confused:

Had the Oracle's original actress not passed away, I dont think she would have been "assimilated." This is the nuance that the screenwriters will use to introduce a new Oracle, who obviously has a big part to play in the overall story. Perahps once Smith assimlates her the Oracle pops up somewhere else, just like Agents are able to pop out of anyone still plugged in.

the actress that played the Oracle passed away? Hmmm... that sort of explain the different person of Oracle I saw when Niobe meeting her...

It's also obvious that there is a huge battle between Zion and the machines. Someone wins, and im guessing that the human's do, because if they didn't, all the movies would be freaking pointless. So i predict we win and live happily ever after. Amen.

Isnt it accepted that man can not live without the machines? And vise versa of course. There will be some sort of solution which allows humans to exercize their own free will, but not to the extent that all machines are destroyed.

humans do need machines, but we don't need A.I. if the matrix were undone, it would not destroy our ability to create machines with no intelligence that we would use to our own advantage:cool:

I think the W bros need to be realllllllly careful in showing how humans can defeat machines with exponential intelligence.

I think the only safe route would be through "belief", "faith", or something else that a machine may not understand

well, im sure that the Neb crew will persue defeating the source, and taking over the matrix, in order to make it ruled by the humans. once the source is destroyed by Neo, im sure that all the machines power will be disabled, stopping the sentinels right during the destruction of Zion. Neo will most likely persue destorying Merovingian, in which Persephone will be most gratful. im sure this will be a 'sub-climax' of the movie. Im sure Seraph will join forces with Neo once they seek the oracle, only to find Smith has taken her over, and Seraph will have nothing left but to join forces. Then, the Mother may decide to 'come out' of hiding, and introduce herself, maybe even as the Oracle's mother program herself. She will tell Neo what he has to do, and a new 'prophecy' will be made, to relaunch the strike against the matrix. Neo must force the original Smith to return to the source, for deletion, somehow. Then the big ending of both worlds will happen, and an ending that im sure will leave everyone blown away. i hate to make too many speculations, as id rather just wait to see what happens. only the wachowski vision is correct.

Let's see, the final fight with Smith/Neo ofcourse. And the fight with the machines and Zion ofcourse. I know that the majority of this one takes place in the "real world" (the quotes are for everyone who still believes in the MIAM theory, even though it's wrong :) ). I know that there is a big fight involving Trinity in an S & M club called Club Hell (and I may be mistaken about this, but I though I saw a clip of Persephone in dominatrix gear....or that could have been a wild fantasy). Based on the Super Bowl add that somebody on this board brought up again we do see what ap�‰ears to be a confilct with Trinity and the Melovignian over Neo, along the lines that the Melovignian has Neo, and Trinity is trying to get him back. This may not be true, as previews often splice scenes to give different impressions, but it didn't look like that was the case here.

Uhmmm......what else.....actually, Gloria Foster who played the Oracle did die before fimling was finished, and the rewrite for the change in actress was explained in Enter the Matrix (and will probably be reiterated in the movie for those who didn't get the game), the Melovignian was "a man of his word" as the Oracle put it, and somehow punished her in a way that would force her to take a new form. The Smith copying himself over the Oracle thing isn't anything I've heard confirmed anywhere, but is a spooky theory and I like it.

Lemme see here, Neo definitely has an elevated consciousness in this, and the rumor I heard on this board, supposedly from official sources, but what those were was never mentioned so who knows, and apparently is able to get into the Matrix without a hardline now, and that's where he is in his coma state. Again, that's only supposedly official, I couldn't find anything on that

The matrix is supposed to be revealed as a huge megacity, 10 times bigger than New York apparently (I hope not, it kinda shatters the illusion of the Matrix simulating our world, and makes it way too much a Dark City rip off). In Enter the Matrix, the oracle states that a very special child is to be born to two programs similiar to her, that these two programs betray her by giving the melovignian her termination key, but she allows it because she wants these programs to have their special child. (This by the way, is the only thing I've heard that makes me re-wonder about the MIAM theory, but it' still kinda vague, so we shall see). The footage in the Enter the Matrix game btw can be trust as it was directd by the W brothers and it's been stated in several interviews that the content in the game was meant to reveal more about and enhance the story in the triology.

Uhmm, that's all I can think of that I know for sure right now. I read some post somewhere that keanu reeves had slipped in an interview and stated that there was a matrix in a matrix, but considering how much not revealing anything about the story was drilled into actors heads before they went into interviews, and how hard it is to get Keanu to say anything revealing in an interview period (and I couldn't find trace of the interview online, and the post didn't say where the interview was from), so I'm thinking that was a hoax, we'll see in November.

yeah if you have played and beaten and hacked in enter the matrix it fills in the details about the movie in the game but it seems odd either that ghost will go out with niobe or he will go out with trinity or some one we don't know yet but i'ts kinda obvious that he likes someone but i'm not sure who!?????

Ghost used to have a past with trinity, but what I'm guessing is trinity went to the oracle who told her the one she loved would be the one so she dumped Ghost. But that's just my guess they probably don't even have a romantic past but they have a past together none the less.

Niobe must still love Morpheus cos her feelings for Commander Loch aren't genuine (see the Persephone scene in enter the matrix) so I'm guessing they'll end up together...once again my guess

You are right about Niobe & Morpheus, She came into the movie to be his love interest.....read it on another website....

but as for Ghost & Trinity.....they were both unplugged on the same day from the Matrix....they see each other as brother & sister....since they were born into the real world on the same day.....but Ghost is in love with her, and she see him only as a Brother....so he became like the Philosopher type, to take his mind off of the fact that he loves someone & he cannot have her

i think that the person behind niobe when she says "neo..." got in a fight cuz his face is all red (the guy to the right) so i think maybe...they almost got cloned like everyone else

if the oracle in m3 was just a new actress, and no explainatin was provided, i wouldnt think twice about it. id think, oh the orgional died, and this doesnt affect my enjoyment of the movie at all. becuz the explaination that ive been hearing seems really stupid (no offense to any, i think that the W. brother's explaination is bad) the merovingian gave her a new face for punishment? i hate that. it justs seems too cheesy for this serious movie. if the oracle was simply a different actress with no explaination at all, just as if it were the same person, it wouldnt have any effect on the movie, i believe.

has the most annoying voice! omg its soo weak...i mean shes old and everything but the way she pronouces things gets quite iratating

I don't know about the Oracle stuff. If it was merely that they needed to deal with the actress dying, then they would have had someone else in Reloaded too. (She died before they filmed most, if not all of reloaded, and they used computer enhancement just like in Gladiator after the actor who played Proximo died before the shooting was over)
