My theory: neo is a computer program

i dont know if this already have been posted but..

i think there is only one matrix, not 2, not 6... one
Neo is a bug, happens all the time.
the people from zion (remember zion is in the matrix too) are the people that dont ´accept the program´ that 1%

why there is a zion?
since those people dont accepted the program the arquitect made another one, one that these people accept and instead of killing that 1% and therefore loosing 1% of heat power he asked for a 'chosen one' to build up a crew and keep going with the zion fantasy, recruiting these rebel minds

smith has overwritten banes mind with his code, if neo could foresee trinitys dying i guess that dream was true too
