wenever any1 replies 2 a post that i have posted in i get an email...there r sometimes wen i want 2 know if there been a reply but i get up to 300 emails a day because of this...how can i make them not email me evry time this happens?

RedPill, click on the 'User CP' button up top-right.

Then Edit Options

Then uncheck the "Use 'Email Notification' by default? Using this option emails you whenever someone replies to a thread that you have participated in."-button.

What Archangel said should have helped. --> Ask the mods.

if you are still have the problem, when you get the email, it should say something near the bottom about unsubscribing to the thread... click that and voila! :)
