Yes it is, i think you can hear messages from Morpheous when using it.

Any examples on how to use it?

it is a login. i cant figure out how to log OUT but, if you start a new game and go to hacvking, when it asks you to log in and you can login as "guest" typr freemind and a message from morpheus plays

I KNEW it was a login, this guy was saying that it was a command
