It's not really like a chick band, because there's only one girl in it, the vocalist Amy...something, I don't remember her last name. Evenescence is mostly very dark songs, like 'Torniquet' and 'My Immortal' and 'Haunting'. If you like rock and dark poetry, you'll like Evanescence.

Hmm. Maybe I'll check Evanescence out. Any Disturbed fans out there?

I think I've heard some of their songs, can't recall the titles though.....

And 'bring me to life' is their __best__ song.

The architect says she would have to be considered the mother of the matrix. I believe he was refering to Trinity. She may have power that we overlooked. She may have been the one that brought Neo back to life with her kiss. Remeber in M1 the oracle says to Neo that he is the one but he is waiting for something, maybe his next life. That is exactly what happens. She predicts Neo or Morpheus will die. Neo does but Trinity possible has power to bring him back. She seems to be a focal point in the M3 trailors. Any thoughts?

I really HATE "Friede-Freude-Eierkuchen" endings - you know what I mean?:D That was even before my smith fanatic time. I've seen to many positive endings and I always imagine my own personal kind of ending of every movie that I don't like. my sister always tells me that I should make movies, because I always tell her my special endings. What I like is some kind of dramatic and bad ending and with lots of classic music, because it fits very well:) - the hero dying and the world is destroyed or the hero dying and the bad guy winning or even some kind of cliffhanger, where you see Smith in front of Neo, Smith takes a gun and shoots and the crowd sees how the bullet goes into Neo's body and then blank screen and the credits roll:) . That's why I often watch japanese anime movies (not some kind of Dragonball crap:D) - they always let it end in a very bad way:)

smith_fan TOTALLY TOTALLY AGREE!!!!!!!! I too imagine bad endings, and: because of that I too love some Animes. That dramatic :D I love dramatic endings with dramatic songs that almost make me crying!
Blade Runner has a great ending - for me the replicants are much more "human" than Ford.
But the best endings for me - I haven't ever seen a movie with that kind - would be: the good guys and bad guys making peace and after all allthough everything explodes :D :D
or the good guy giving his life away and getting forgotten. A good ending destroys a dramatic movie, I think.

For that I also want to have a great life and in the end being shot and die alone. For that my friends don't understand my sense of romance :p for that I don't think I'll manage such a life, but.. if we talk about imaginations

THAT WOULD BE BEST MOVIE EVER!!!! I'm serious:) Do you know animes like "Neon Genesis Evangelion"? This is awesome. At the end of the Tv series the head of everyone in the world explodes and that with the best classic music ever. I just thought: WHOA!:) Also, it seems that the MAtrix has copied a lot from Neon Genesis...

You watching him while slowly falling down. He coming to you for assure himself that you're going to die and then leave you half dead lying there. In the night. Mission completed. "Operation gelungen, Patient tot :D"
for that I'd prefer life to movies - trying to life a story instead of writing it down.... hm...

My all-time favourite would probably be Officer Azulai (I'm guesing this is its name - I've only ever heard it in Hebrew. It's about a veteran cop and his mid-life crisis. Very touching, and sometimes very funny) but it's a very old movie so it's likely you've never heard of it.

I guess the names won'T help you because they are translated into german. But anyway, I think I watched more unknown israeli movies. We've got a cultural tv broadcast station (ARTE - the french will probably know;)) and they often show dramas that either play in Israel or are completely Israeli movies. Last week, I watched a Israeli movie, called "Viehjud Levi" but it's the german title. Operation Thunderbold is famous here too. I haven't seen it yet.
