1st Matrix or Reloaded?

Which one did you guys prefer as an overall movie, the first Matrix or the Matrix Reloaded?

I personally prefered Reloaded- it was amazing.

Personally, Reloaded was better. But, the first one was really good too.

i liked reloaded better but then again i like action packed films and reloaded was. the first matrix was revolutionary and brilliant but reloaded was better and revolutions is supposed to be alot better than reloaded so i cant wait for that

I like 1 for it's uniqueness and reloaded for continuing a great storyline.

I prefer the 1st one the most ..

Better ending, more original, etc..

Reloaded rulz, no doubt about it, but it's sad we have to wait until November too see the ending

I think that alot of people went to see it determined to come out saying that it follows the sequel-is-crap-compared-to-the-first-one idea, so they purposely didn't make a big effort to understand that it does make sense, hence alot of reviewers saying it was full of muddy philosophy. It really wasn't though! If you follow it through, it does all make sense and link together, but you've just got to stay with it......

I think the 1st was best. Simply because it was the one to define a whole new world, or should I say re-define our way of viewing the current one. They succeeded in convincing us that it might be possible that we are all living in a virutal reality, or at least that we could be some time in the future. That is an achievement few movies have pulled off.

The second still great, but could not deliver anything close to such a mind blowing new concept.

id rather the 2nd because the 1st was introducing it but in all the 2nd had more plot twists and better action

I liked reloaded much better. It required a lot more thinking and it caused even more discussion.

Reloaded by far. The fight scenes were more "awesomer" and alot faster, it was still as philosophical as the first, the Twins were cool, it had more money spent on it, and Neo is way more better... more... more better...:rolleyes: than in the first one, its basically cooler in almost every way... but, to be fair, the first one started a legacy.

Good choice- I choose reloaded myself.

Well, when I came in to the movie I had high expectations and they were exceeded. Reloaded was awesome. However, I did feel there were too many fight scenes that didn't contribute to the story.

So which one do you prefer?

Sitting here just feeling like NEO right ahead a difficult choice I aint pick any of the choices...I loved both same ways! Both are perfect at all!

i'd have to say Reloaded although i think they are both great movies and can't wait for the next installment :D i think it will be the best trilogy ever :cool:

Reloaded was better, more fighting scenes, new people, and the last part was really nice! I haven't remember seeing any movie that uses "To Be Concluded" to end off the moive....

The first one being unique and the second thought provoking.

Reloaded was better, I think because of how they explained about the programs and involved more charecters so it was a lot more to do then just the neberchanezer

IMO the first one is better, don't know why, just think so. :confused:

The first one was good I have to admit but the second one had so much more action and stuff and I like action

and In M2 they had a few hot chicks...so Im not complaining

I liked the second one better because they dug deeper into the rabbit hole. They explained some things that made my jaw drop litterally. And the special effects with the scene with the Agent Smith's was incredible, I couldn't tell which one was real. I prefer the second one ;)

Even though I did prefer the 2nd one the first one was still amazing.

reloaded all the way...but i liked the ending to #1 better

THe second movie was awesome, but the ending wasn't that good becasue of course it isn't erally an ending. It's just sort of a stopping point where the next movie to start, so it doesn't really end. Just kinda like a cliffhanger.

I must admit I think m1's ending was better.

The reason is that i dont realy like 'to be continued' endings.

yes, it sure was. But i expect that the ending m3 will be the best ending ever !!!

If you put a gun to my head and I had to choose I would probably pick reloaded only because it's fresher and I have seen
the first one like 50 times.

yeah...i agree....i especially liked the matrix reloaded b/c it showed Neo doing all these different and awsome things!!
and...atlast....we saw Neo kissing Trinity...aren't they just the perfect couple??aww....:o :D

M1 was a better movie...no doubt in my mind.

Reloaded was a great action movie - the best one I have ever seen. But for originality, action, philophy, and women wearing vinyl suite, nothing beat M1

Yes M2s ending was horrible and M1's ending was so much better but...M2's fighting was so much better!
