Who do you think will DIE in m3??

does anybody think there will be a dramatic main character death in m3 ?

I think the Wachowski bros are gannamake m3 extra dramatic with something of this magnitude.


i think morpheus might die, but live his last breaths seeing his dream realized. Maybe he will have a last emotional talk with neo as he JUST defeated the machines! I think the wach. bros might give us this type of suprise!


any thoughts?

yeah, would be sad if he died, but I think he is the most likely candidate since neo and trinity have already had death scenes.

i think the death of morpheus in the fashion i have stated would make the matrix the greatest film trilogy of all time (sowt-a-speak, cause it already is:))
cause it would no longer be the story about neo being the one, but more about the life of morpheus and his absolute faith in his vision! It would make morpheus's story much greater than it is.


ps.....im not saying these things cause hate morpheus. Just make the trilogy more epic. Me and my friends call morph. "crazy legs"

im sorry to say but it looks like THE MIGHTY MORPHEUS is the one to die. On message boards millions of matrix fans have heard rumors of morpheus dieing. You are quite right to they also said that he will die while watching his dream come true. He is supposed to be cheering because zion has won but there is one more machine and it attacks him. Its tragic becuase morpheus is the best charictor after neo. His attitude makes you like his charictor and the way he describes the dreams he has about THE ONE and ZION RISING not falling. If he is the one he will be missed even though its the last matrix.

While it's certainly possible from a movie point of view (even though I don't believe the WB's would fall for such a stereotype), it's not logical. A single (intelligent) machine would run, hide & try to find more of his kind. It would be folly to just randomly attack someone. It's not as stupid as an animal.

Oh, and yes, I do think that Morpheus will be the one for whom the axe falls....

it seems that Morpheus will die, only because in my eyes he's the one that really that wants the war to be over, he seems also to be the one that would fight he's with his soul.....got that from the first film of Matrix, he was really near to give up for Neo even thought, they where unsure if Neo was the one for some time....it would be sad if Morpheus died but as some one said before, the main charchters have alreday ''died'' so its up to Morpheus, sure hope not its him.
