Agent smith in the real world

Now that agent smith has copied himself onto bane, we know he can exist in the real world. So now that smith doesn't need the matrix to survive, do you think he will play a role in aiding zion to defeat the machines?

I don't think that Smith (Bane) will aid the humans because all he wants to do is kill Neo in the real world when he is weak and doesn't have special abilities. Thats why Bane had a knife in his hand when sayin goodbye to Neo , he was trying to kill him.
