The Merivingian script is a bit scetchy since there's some French thrown in there that I can't follow. Anyone fluent wanna help?
Going by memory, Hamaan sounded as though he at least knows of the One's predecessor's choice. Hamaan, to me anyway, could have shed more light on the situation than he did. Especially since he spoke so much about causality.

Nah, morpheus said they've been fighting the war for over 100 years. That guy would habe to be at LEAST 120, not a chance.
Someone tried eluding to the fact that the council of elders in Zion were the original 23 from the last matrix. But then they would be the most well-preserved 120 year olds that I have ever seen.
That is, unless the original 23 were placed in the middle of the war and told to create a history of the war.
By the way, you the man dadumafugu. Great job on the dialogues. I've printed all of them out and they've been able to help me understand a little better.

i think the way to (referring to the script w/ merigivian-sp?) say good bye in french when the script say in perenthesis (sp?) is adue i think its pronounced :ahh-due i dunno how to spell

Makes you think he really knows much more than he is revealing. May be the code in Neo, which the architect refers to, is making him more and more machine like. Could be because of the cookie and candy. That might be how he stopped the sentinels ;)
Maybe you are right RedArrow. It is really interesting that Hamann and Architect were talking about the same. That Neo is STILL human. It looks like they knew that there is some process that can change human into machines.
