Perhaps the 6th Zion represents the end of 6000 years, time before judgement ... I don't think the number 6 is a coincidence.

There are some who even believe there have been multiple floods ...

perhaps this indicates a flaw in thinking. The rise and fall of a Matrix can be parralleled to the rise and fall of anything:

Roman Empire
Corperations
Religeons
etc.

All start small, build, become complex and eventually fall apart partially due to flaws in original design.

So maybe making analogies is too easy and is a credit to the Brothers for including such a timeless theme.

There are so many subtle symbols and clues, it is interesting to see some of the things people try to pick out. Some valid, some not. Some seamingly well founded and some preposterous.

I have one for you... I just downloaded the new 'matrix revolutions' trailer and played it. While I was waiting for the download, I read the thread on here about how someone mentioned that in addition to 'Simulacra and Simulation', the cast was also told to read 'Out of Control' by Kevin Kelly.

Now, I cannot be 100% sure, but when the trailer for revolutions starts spinning through dozens of 1/2 second frames, I coulda swore I saw Ted Nugent in there! Wasn't his boxed set called 'Out of Control'?

cmon people, its just a movie. im sure it hassome significance to why the W. brother picked that number of zions. but its somthing that only they would know. they are not ganna tell us why they picked that number. your thinking to hard.

now comes the anamoly so, Zion2 created even while M1 is operational, zion2 destroyed and Zion3 creared before M2..

so on.. with that logic... It has to be Zion7
