Neo wouldn't be in a fourth, being dead an all it would be hard for him to make a comeback. if he does return he won't have a Real World presense anymore. And if a 4th movie is released it should not feature Neo, His story has been told from his rebirth to his death.

To answer your question about the Twins, objects can't hurt them bullets, swords etc have no effect on them, Heat is an element that will hurt them, even as the Twin trys to fade out of it he still screams in pain.
