I could never get the part out of all the times I've seen Reloaded I couldn't understand what Smith was talking about when he said "maybe something from you imprinted on to me." I don't have any idea of what he was talking about except I'm thinking he was talking about when neo jumped inside of the smith at the end of The Matrix. :wth:

I think that Smith's code copyed some of Neo's powers or that when Neo destroyed him he was reprogram by the father of The Matrix.
