There is a guy in louisiana that is suing apple because he says that the i-pod can cause hearing loss. How stupid is this guy? If you listen to your i-pod at max volume all the time then you will have permanent hearing loss. And the guy who is suing doesnt even have hearing loss...hes just trying to get some money. This is proof that there are still many stupid people in louisiana. Also seeing stupid people just pisses me off. I'm not saying im smart but damn. And sense we live in the U.S he will proably win. I hope he loses and has to pay apple for damages to sales. :mad:
